On the shore of Lake Como two very different winds blow in:
The “Breva” which blows from the Lake with its warm and enveloping breath. And on the other side the cold air coming from the Swiss mountain, the” Tivan”; a wind that tastes of the far north which expresses freedom; just as the leaves carried by the wind are free to cover large spaces high up in the sky.
The"Leaves in the wind" collection unlike the other Nyami Jewelry is created by electroforming. Real leaves are coated with copper and sometimes oxidized or left with the copper color. Thus each creation is different in shape and color ranging from light blue to turquoise, to brown to copper and finally to black.
